He has worked in Europe, North America, Asia as well as Middle East and Africa gaining invaluable insights into global business and expansion strategies. Having started in the Technology sector, followed by Pharmaceuticals and CPG, he transitioned into E-commerce. He has honed his skills at Amazon, Shopify and most recently in the world of start-ups. He has also founded his own company and built a D2C operation in Canada. Tomi is considered as an Operations and E-commerce expert. He holds MSc and MBA degrees and is a certified supply chain professional.

Sanjay has over 30 years of experience in Commercial Operations, Global Account Management, Freight Forwarding Strategy and Solutions and RFQ Management. He has extensive knowledge of the Middle East and Africa regions and has expertise in Technology, Retail, and E-commerce verticals. Simplifying complex logistics networks and developing solutions for efficient logistics models is his forte, He has been part of leading global organisations like DHL, UPS Global Supply Chain Solutions, Nokia and Microsoft. Sanjay has provided consultancy services to multiple international projects and is currently based in London, UK.

Maik has a track record in global project management and product management which includes managing cross-cultural and multi-location teams. His passion for applying consumer, technology and business insights to deliver sales and brand objectives has been key in ensuring the success of the projects he has previously managed. His professional philosophy is people focused, prioritising positive business impact and accountability for results, while creating a culture where everyone's talent is unleashed in an inclusive way. Maik holds an engineering degree in Electronics and stays currently in Cape Town, South Africa.
